The 2025 My White is a blend of Chardonnay 66% and 34% gewurztraminer. The Chardonnay comes from own rooted vines in Oliver, anf the Gewurztraminer from the Similkameen. This wine is easy drinking, crisp and harmonious. Tropical fruits on the nose with a tad lychee. The palate is refreshing with pear, yellow apple, tropical fruits and that feeling of summer. It finishes with a well-balanced dryness that’s pleasantly surprising. Best served well chilled. Enjoy!
