We invite you to visit Bottega Wine Studio™ to explore the Similkameen wine region through our small lot premium wines.
We are located just off the beaten path in Cawston, the Organic Farm Capital of Canada, in the agricultural hub of the Similkameen. We’re surrounded by rolling countryside, small farms, orchards, fruit stands, cideries, and artisan studios.

April: By appointments only Thursday -Sunday 11-5
May: Thursday -Sunday and holiday Mondays 11-5 appointments preferred but walk-ins welcome.
June/July/August: Wednesday-Sunday and holiday Mondays 11-6 appointments preferred but walk-ins welcome.

A Guided Tour with our Winemaker
( Dates to be confirmed for the 2024 season )
A guided tour of our facility and vineyard with our Award-winning Winemaker, Daniel Bontorin. Spend 45-60 minutes with Daniel touring our new winery and Solum Rosa Estate Vineyard. He is always willing to lend his expertise when asked, so have your questions ready if you have them!
Once back at the winery, you can enjoy a tasting of our selected wines for your enjoyment. Email bottegawinestudio@gmail.com to reserve your time with Daniel.
