This year’s My White leans towards the tropical side, offering an enticing and complex bouquet of mango, pear, green apple, white flowers, dried apricot, and a hint of lychee. As the wine breathes, it unveils classic Gewürztraminer notes, including rose water, honey, and a touch of ginger spice. The palate is soft and smooth, echoing the vibrant tropical and floral notes with a hint of spice. Lively and refreshing, it finishes with a well-balanced dryness that’s pleasantly surprising. Like the Littles, these white and red blends reflect their transparency, honesty, and easy-going nature, while staying true to their roots. Similar to our viticulture and winemaking philosophy we use to grow these premium grapes and create this delicious Gewurztraminer wine, with a hefty splash of Pinot Gris.

The Gewurztraminer 80% came from the rocky Volcanic soils on the Summerland slopes, and the Pinot Gris 20% from a gravel bed in Osoyoos.
Both varieties were spur pruned and cropped to 4.5 tons/acre
The Gewtz was hand harvested on September 11th at 23.36 brix, crushed and left on the skins overnight prior to pressing to extract maximum flavour from the skins.
The Pinot Gris was harvested on September 20th at 23.94 brix and whole cluster pressed.
Inoculated separately with cultured yeast and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks
Gradual temperature increases to 18 C and extensive aeration of the juice to promote the formation of aromatics
