Legal requirements:

You must be 19 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Bottega Wine Studio™. Pick up or acceptance of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult. For shipping, a business address is recommended as deliveries are made during weekly business hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Wines purchased from Bottega Wine Studio™ are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.

Credit card charges:

Orders are by credit card or E-transfer to bottegawinestuido@gmail.com

Minimum purchase:

A 4-bottle minimum purchase is required.

Direct shipment:

Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly.

Shipping costs:

Ats and Canada post are the carriers of choice, and prices may fluctuate based on the location shipping to.

Our wine is our Art in a bottle:

Wine is perishable. Wines do not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Bottega Wine Studio™ is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund policy:

Bottega Wine Studio™ will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of opened alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to bottegawinestudio@gmail.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine, less shipping and handling. Please contact us for return instructions.

Shipping policy:

We will have your order delivered as quickly as possible, however, please note the following:

– Ats healthcare and Canada post are our preferred shipping couriers.
– Please allow 2-3 business days from the order date for us to prepare your purchase.
– Orders that are placed during the holiday season or on long weekends may experience some delay in shipping.
– Delivery times will vary depending on the location of your delivery, the date the order was received, and weather conditions.
– Deliveries may be delayed if the weather is too hot or too cold or we feel that there is a high chance of damaging the wine in transit.
– Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or during statutory holidays.
– Your order will be delivered Monday through Friday during regular business hours, a business address is strongly recommended.
– Someone of legal drinking age will be required to sign for the package

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us on our site.

I. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU WHEN YOU VISIT OUR SITE?

When you visit bottegawinestudio.ca, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser.

We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.

II. PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION.

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL – a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.

III. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION – WE JUST DON’T DO IT.

We do not share any personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping.

IV. NEWSLETTER OPT-OUT.

If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will unsubscribe you from the selected newsletter. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe.

Bottega Wine Studio™ is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected, re-routed or re-shipped wines.

Bottega Wine Studio™ is not responsible for delays in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Your email address is required upon order so that we can email you shipment notifications and tracking details.

Your email address will be added to our email list upon checkout unless otherwise specified. At any time if you wish to unsubscribe from our email list you can simply unsubscribe.
